Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep, on the pavement at ground level. Due to heavy materials, for gallery flats, materials will be delivered at the entrance of the building.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary per product and destination. You will see the exact costs at checkout. Sometimes we offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.
An additional rate will apply for Texel. For all other Frisian Islands (except Texel), the order will be delivered to the mainland.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The delivery time is stated on the product page. After shipping you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.
Which delivery services do you work with?
We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL or a specialized transport service for larger products.
Can I have my order delivered on a specific day?
Sometimes this is possible. Contact us to discuss the options.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately and send photos of the damage. We will resolve it as soon as possible.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
The delivery person will leave a message or try to deliver it to the neighbors. Sometimes you can make a new delivery appointment via the track & trace link.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship to Belgium and the border region of Germany (Shipping costs for Germany are on request)
Can I pick up my order?
This is possible for some products. Contact us for pick-up locations and times.
What if my package is delayed?
Check the track & trace code. If there is a longer delay, please contact us.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can often still change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible.
