How do I place an order?
You can select a product, add it to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details and choose a payment method to complete the order.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest. But with an account you can track orders more easily and reorder faster.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This is possible as long as your order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order.
Can I place an order for a different delivery address?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address than the billing address during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
What if I entered an incorrect address?
Please contact us directly. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust it.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
You will be notified about this and can choose to wait, receive an alternative product or receive a refund.
Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. For business invoices, you can enter your company details.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?
Check your spam folder. If you don't find anything, contact us to check if the order went through.
