On this page, you will find the terms and conditions applicable to discount codes, promotions, and offers. We strive to regularly offer our customers attractive discounts and promotions. To avoid misunderstandings, the following terms and conditions apply.
A discount code can be entered in the designated field during checkout. The discount will be applied automatically once the code is correctly entered and the promotional conditions are met.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes are only valid within the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
Discount codes and discounts cannot be combined. This means that a discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, offers, volume discounts, sale prices, or other forms of discount.
When multiple discounts are available, only one discount applies per order. The system will only apply the discount that is valid and permitted according to the promotional conditions at that time.
Discounts and promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period. After this period, the discount automatically expires. We may change, extend, or terminate promotions at any time.
Promotions are valid while supplies last. If a product is temporarily or permanently unavailable, the promotional price or discount cannot be claimed.
Discounts may be excluded on certain products, product categories, custom products, already discounted items, or special offers. If a discount does not apply to a specific product, this will be visible during checkout.
If an order is returned in whole or in part, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after the discount has been applied.
If, due to a partial return, the conditions of a promotion or discount are no longer met, the applied discount may be offset against the refund amount.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes, promotions, or terms and conditions in the event of errors, misuse, or technical problems. Obvious printing, typing, or programming errors in discount codes, promotional prices, or terms and conditions are not binding.
