Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to return a product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@wpc-solutions.com . Returns should be sent to: Manuscriptstraat 22, 1321NN Almere, Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. The cost of returning materials is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food or plants), personalized or custom-made products, personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous substances or (flammable) liquids/gases.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchange

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can order the new item separately.


Legal cooling-off period (EU)

For orders within the European Union, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. Within this period, you can cancel or return your order without giving a reason. The item must be in its original condition, including labels and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refund

After we have received and checked your return, you will receive a message from us. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card account. Please contact us at info@wpc-solutions.com if you have not received your refund after 15 business days.
